Manufacturing Capabilities & Verification
Nylon Plastic Technology is a materials-to-parts manufacturer founded in 2005. We compound modified engineering plastics (PA6, PA66, PA12, PBT, PPA, LCP) and produce finished parts in-house — one supplier from resin compounding to production part.
In-House Capabilities (Verified)
Every capability below is performed in our own facility in Huizhou, Guangdong — verifiable by factory audit, live video tour, or a sample order.
In-House 3D Printing
SLA, SLS, MJF, and FDM in-house for design validation and functional prototypes, with parts delivered in 1-3 days.
In-House CNC Machining
5 machining centers with travel up to 850 x 500 mm, holding tolerances to +/-0.05 mm on plastic prototypes and low-volume production parts.
In-House Injection Molding
10 injection molding machines from 90T to 470T, shot weight up to 1,500 g, supporting runs from 100 to 500,000 parts per order.
In-House Mold Making
Mold design and mold making performed in-house, not outsourced. Typical tooling lead time 15-25 days.
Glass-Filled Nylon Grades
PA6 GF15/GF30/GF50 and PA66 GF30/GF50 compounded and molded in-house, with monthly compounding capacity of 200 tons.
Specialty Nylon Grades
Flame-retardant (UL94 V0), heat-stabilized, and carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon available, with material data sheets provided per lot.
DFM + Mold Flow Analysis
Free DFM review within 24 hours before quoting; mold flow analysis for complex geometries.
Prototype-to-Production
Rapid tooling, vacuum casting (20-50 parts per silicone mold), and direct transfer from prototype to production tooling.
FAI + CMM Reports
First Article Inspection and CMM dimensional reports provided per project requirement; PPAP level 3 documentation on request.
Material Traceability
Material lot traceability from resin compound to finished part, with batch records and CoA kept per order.
